Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Adampur Air Force Station in Punjab on the morning of May 13, just days after India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire. His visit came in the aftermath of Pakistan’s failed aerial assault on Indian airbases, including Adampur, following India’s Operation Sindoor.
During his interaction with air force personnel, Modi praised the armed forces for their precision and restraint during the operation and issued a stern warning to Pakistan. “We will enter their homes and kill them and will not give them even a chance to escape,” he said, addressing air warriors at the base. “And our drones, our missiles, Pakistan will not be able to sleep for many days thinking about them.”
