The Consulate General of India in Chicago hosted its flagship cultural event, Kala Utsav 2025, on Aug 31.
The Ustav, in its fifth year of running, has become the signature annual cultural event involving the Indian diaspora and the Consulate.
The Utsav, held at the Yellow Box in Naperville, IL, showcased India's rich, diverse, and vibrant culture through performing arts. Approximately 500 people, including many local elected officials, attended the event enthusiastically. Over a dozen cultural organizations, representing the diverse Indian diaspora in the midwestern states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin), participated in the Utsav.
