UK-based digital-first marketing and technology company Monks has appointed Indian-origin data and analytics executive Sneha Ghosh as executive vice president, data, North America.
Ghosh will lead Monks’ North American data team and focus on expanding advanced data modeling across the company’s integrated marketing services. She will report to Bryan Sherman, executive vice president and head of NAMER Media and Data, North America, at Monks.

In her new role, Ghosh will link data capabilities with business outcomes by developing data-driven and AI-enabled solutions for Monks’ clients. Her responsibilities include strengthening the company’s data practice across marketing intelligence, creative development, and orchestration, as well as supporting the integration and advancement of Monks’ AI-powered marketing orchestration platform, Monks.Flow.
Ghosh brings more than 15 years of experience in data, analytics, and marketing measurement, having worked with Fortune 500 companies including Levi Strauss & Co., Microsoft, General Mills, ExxonMobil, American Express, Charles Schwab, and Sony.
Prior to joining Monks, she briefly served as executive vice president, decisioning at dentsu Media and held multiple senior leadership roles at UM Worldwide, including EVP, Data and Analytics. Earlier in her career, she worked at Starcom Mediavest Group and began her professional career as a statistician at US Cellular.
Her work has earned industry recognition, including Cynopsis Top Women in Media – Data & Research Trendsetter in 2022 and AdExchanger and AdMonsters’ Top Women in Media & Tech Data Demystifier in 2023.
Ghosh is known for integrating business planning, advanced analytics, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Her expertise spans marketing measurement, statistical modeling, marketing mix modeling, attribution, segmentation, and audience analytics.

Ghosh holds a degree in predictive analytics from Northwestern University, a qualification in applied probability and statistics from Northern Illinois University, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from Gujarat University.
