Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO), a former Army Ranger who served three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, has introduced new bipartisan legislation aimed at reshaping how the United States works with its closest partners in outer space.
The Quad Space Act, formally unveiled this week, seeks to direct the Pentagon to deepen cooperation with India, Japan, and Australia — America’s partners in the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, known as the Quad.
