Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar voiced support for a stem cell donor drive led by the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI), urging eligible individuals to register as potential donors.
The initiative aims to help patients with blood cancers and is being carried out in partnership with DKMS (Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei), an international nonprofit that operates one of the world’s largest stem cell donor registries.
