Nexar, a New York-based AI-powered mobility solutions company, has appointed Indian-American finance executive Jayesh Patel as chief financial officer.
In his new role, Patel will lead all financial operations, including accounting, strategic planning, corporate development, and long-term financial strategy, the company said in a statement.

“Jayesh brings the financial expertise, operational discipline, and strategic mindset that will help take Nexar to the next level. With his addition, we're deepening our ability to scale with precision and deliver lasting impact across the mobility ecosystem,” said CEO Zach Greenberger.
Patel joins the company with over two decades of experience in financial and commercial leadership roles across the technology and mobility sectors. His prior roles include key leadership positions at Hertz and the global consulting and technology firm ZS. He has successfully scaled finance and commercial operations in high-growth environments and led initiatives that delivered sustainable, long-term value.

The appointment comes as Nexar strengthens its industry presence through strategic partnerships with Waymo, NVIDIA, Lyft, and Voyager Global Mobility.
