Optima Global Solutions Inc., led by Indian-origin entrepreneur Mahesh Yadav, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the third time. The IT services firm, headquartered in Hamilton, achieved more than 85 percent growth over the past three years, placing it as the eighth fastest-growing company in the Trenton-Princeton area.
“Our longevity and deep experience in facilitating transformation for over two decades put us in a unique position to answer the call for next-generation AI and automation capabilities,” said Yadav, who serves as President and CEO of Optima Global Solutions. “Our continued success and this Inc. 5000 ranking re-affirm our commitment to delivering strategic value through a boutique approach that prioritizes quality, innovation, and new technologies.”
Founded in 2001, Optima provides services in automation and AI, custom solutions development, and strategic staffing. The company has worked with clients across higher education, government, manufacturing, and financial services, while maintaining partnerships with technology providers including Tungsten Automation and Oracle.
With this year’s recognition, Optima joins previous Inc. 5000 honorees such as Microsoft, Dell, and Zappos. The firm has been ranked 4,084 overall, 315th in the IT Services category, and 104th in New Jersey.
Approaching its 25th year in business, the company attributes its growth to its focus on what it calls the four pillars of people, process, strategy, and transformation.
Yadav, who has been active in the technology sector for over two decades, also serves as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of TranscendAP, a SaaS platform for accounts payable automation. He is an Advisory Board Member at Montclair State University’s School of Business and an angel investor in technology companies in both the United States and India.
Beyond his corporate work, Yadav is active in community initiatives. A passionate golfer, he founded the South Asian Golf Association in 2004 to promote the sport within the community, and he serves on the board of The First Tee Greater Trenton.
