From the invention of zero to modern-day advancements, the cultural ethos ingrained in India's history has fostered an environment conducive to scientific and technological growth.

In the latter half of the 20th century, India faced a phenomenon dubbed as the 'brain drain,' where its brightest minds sought opportunities abroad due to socio-economic and administrative constraints. 

However, the tide has turned, thanks to a wave of reforms initiated in 1991.
