Indian real estate firm engages with customers in Connecticut

Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has stepped up its engagement with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in the United States through a series of Investor Engagement Programmes held across Connecticut.
The events over the past few weeks took place at the Marriott Downtown in Hartford, the Hilton Hotel in Farmington, and the Hyatt House in Windsor, attracting strong participation from the diaspora community.
Spearheaded by Bharti Aggarwal, director, Signature Global (India)., the programs aimed to understand the buyers’ aspirations, address the challenges they face in investing in Indian real estate, and explore solutions tailored to their needs. The sessions also provided a platform for NRIs to interact directly with the leadership team and learn more about the company’s current and upcoming projects.
'Our recent customer engagement programmes in Connecticut, USA, proved to be a valuable learning experience, giving me the privilege of interacting directly with our NRI customers and gaining deeper insights into their evolving preferences," said Aggarwal. “As I return to India in the coming weeks, my priority will be to translate these learnings into our upcoming projects, ensuring they reflect what our customers truly aspire for. These engagements reinforce our commitment to delivering homes that combine the right location, innovation, and reliability."
During the events, attendees received an overview of Signature Global’s flagship projects, including the newly launched Cloverdale SPR, Titanium SPR, and Deluxe DXP—developments that have already attracted considerable interest from NRI investors. The interactive discussions gave the company valuable feedback on NRI priorities such as home sizes, layouts, and amenities, a release stated.
Building on this success, Signature Global announced plans to set up a dedicated team to support NRI homebuyers and deepen its understanding of their requirements.
