Indian man lands on FBI most wanted list
The Indian national faces U.S. drug trafficking conspiracy allegations tied to a transnational crime network across North America.

Indian national Amritpal Singh has been placed on the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation's Most Wanted list for his alleged involvement in an international drug trafficking network operating across North America, the agency announced.
A federal arrest warrant for Singh was issued by a court in Los Angeles on June 23, and officials have not disclosed his current whereabouts.
According to the FBI, Singh is wanted for his alleged role in the Ravinder Dhanda organized crime group, a transnational criminal network based in Vancouver, Canada.
The agency alleges the organization trafficked large quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine on behalf of drug trafficking groups operating across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The FBI said Singh faces allegations of participating in a conspiracy to traffic cocaine and methamphetamine as part of the organized crime network.
His addition to the FBI's Most Wanted list comes as U.S. authorities continue a broader investigation into the Ravinder Dhanda group under Operation Hardball, an effort aimed at dismantling the organization's alleged drug trafficking activities across North America.
The federal arrest warrant against Singh was issued by a court in Los Angeles on June 23.
The FBI identified Singh as an Indian national born Jan. 7, 1996. The agency also released a photograph taken in 2024 to assist with his identification.
Officials have not disclosed Singh's present location.
The FBI has urged the public to provide any information regarding Singh's whereabouts.
The investigation is being led by the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office.
