India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant left the field injured after lunch on July 10 first day of the third Test against England at Lord's.
A diving Pant hurt his left hand while failing to grasp a wayward delivery from Jasprit Bumrah that went for byes.
The 27-year-old received on-field treatment and appeared to take painkillers.
But at the end of the over, Pant decided he could not continue and was replaced behind the stumps by reserve wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel.

He is receiving treatment at the moment and under the supervision of the medical team.

British broadcaster Sky reported that Pant had chipped the nail on his right index finger, was icing the injury and planned to return.
The dynamic left-hander is listed to come in at number five in India's batting order.
