Outwitly promotes Vani Edwardson to COO

Canadian design services company Outwitly Inc has promoted Vani Edwardson as its new Chief Operating Officer.
In her new role, she will lead operational strategy and execution to support the company’s continued growth in human-centred design, UX, and service innovation.
Prior to her appointment as COO, she was serving as Outwitly's Fractional CMO through her consulting firm, Ryval Consulting. She has also offered fractional leadership services to Wibbi as VP of Marketing and Sales and LeadPulse as VP of Marketing, among other companies.

She holds over three decades of leadership experience and has previously served in industry leaders like Nanometrics and Macadamian.
An MBA alumna of the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, she also holds degrees in Public Administration and Psychology from Carleton University and Concordia University.
“I can safely say that growing up, and throughout my professional career, there were so few women role models or women who looked like me. Outside my own mother, I can probably count them all on one hand.”
Vani Edwardson is a first-generation immigrant to Canada and was born to Indian parents in Africa.
