Heartfulness Institute, a Telangana-based educational non-profit organization focused on meditation, relaxation, yoga, and spirituality, is set to virtually celebrate World Meditation Day 2025 on Dec. 21.
World Meditation Day 2025, a global initiative led by the Heartfulness Institute, is inviting people across the world to meditate together, and the participation is free and open to all.
The event will be streamed live on the official Heartfulness YouTube channel, and the meditation session will be led by the Global Guide of Heartfulness, Daaji (Kamlesh D. Patel).
Participants can join from anywhere and are advised to sit comfortably in a quiet space to follow the guided session, which will include an introduction, relaxation, and collective guided meditation with Daaji for about 45 minutes.
All participants will receive a digital certificate signed by Daaji, President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Padma Bhushan awardee, and author, at the end of the event.
The Heartfulness Institute is an organization dedicated to human transformation through meditation, yoga, and value-based living, and it offers free meditation practices in more than 160
countries.
Headquartered in Telangana, India, Kanha Shanti Vanam is one of the world’s largest meditation centers and serves as a hub for training, meditation, and community programs.
With this initiative, Heartfulness Institute aims to unite humanity in collective meditation for peace and harmony in the world.
Post-Event Support will also be provided through YouTube replay, local Heartspots locations, free trainers, masterclasses, Heartfulness app, and its other ongoing programs.
