He added, “Federal policies must do more to support people so they can fully participate in the workforce and contribute to our shared prosperity.”

Highlighting his priorities, Singh's team noted that he will focus on affordable childcare and caregiver support to boost workforce participation, lower utility costs through clean energy incentives, and transform the district into a national innovation hub by strengthening higher education, research, housing supply, and next-generation public transportation.

Singh also aims to make NJ-12 a model for inclusive economic growth, affordability, and opportunity through federal policies rooted in data and collaboration, as per a statement.

Singh brings over 30 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise transformation. He currently works through Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on a major modernization program at the Inter-American Development Bank.

He entered the congressional race with a longstanding record of civic engagement and Democratic Party leadership, including two elected terms as a Democratic Committee Member in West Windsor's District 14 and prior service as Secretary and Vice Chair of the West Windsor Democratic Committee.
