Democratic Congressman Shri Thanedar reacted sharply to a racist post demanding the deportation of all six Indian-origin lawmakers in the U.S. Congress.

Congressman Thanedar, the 70-year-old Democratic representative from Michigan reacted to an X post that appealed for tripling the ICE's workforce and for deportation of what's often dubbed as the 'Samosa Caucus', including, Shri Thanedar, Pramila Jayapal, Ambi Bera, Raja Krishnamorthi, Suhas Subramanyam and Ro Khanna.

Rep. Thanedar questioned the evolving MAGA ideology that sought blanket deportation and said, "Remember when MAGA claimed that they were only in favor of deporting people who were here "illegally," and that it had nothing to do with racism?"

The racist comment came after Thanedar introduced the 'Abolish ICE Act' in U.S. Congress on Jan. 15, claiming that the agency has been 'terrorizing' Americans since its establishment.

During his push for abolishing ICE, the Congressman was subject to severe trolling and deportation calls over his English speaking abilities.

MAGA commentator, Eric Daugherty, decried his demand and said, "The dude can barely speak our freaking language while pulling this stunt. SEND HIM BACK!"
