Frisco council's first Indian-origin member, Burt Thakur, has spoken on the issue of 'Indian takeover of Frisco during the council meeting on Jan. 3, mentioning that Indians who came to America upheld the American Dream because the American Dream needs participation.
The issue of the 'Indian takeover of Frisco has pushed by influencers on social media, including a resident of Frisco, Marc Palasciano, who self-identifies as a whistleblower.

At the recent council meeting. Palasciano referrred to what he called the Indian takeover in Texas.
While addressing these accusations, Thakur said, "Somewhere along the way Indians came to America and then they became Americans, and then they helped to reinforce the American Dream because the American Dream requires participation."

"People are upset. And I suppose what I'm trying to say to you is this. Look to the left of you and look to the right of you. This is Frisco. Together we can do amazing things,” he added.
