The experience begins with an amuse-bouche of Tandoori Avocado Chaat, Khandvi and Paniyaram. For the appetizer course, vegetarian options include Asparagus Dahi Kebab and Malabari Mushroom. Non-vegetarian selections feature Tandoori Chimichurri Chicken Breast and Prawn Pepper Fry.
Entrée choices include Royal Awadhi Paneer in a pumpkin-infused gravy with cream and nuts. Non-vegetarian entrées include Awadhi Lamb Chops cooked in a brown onion and yogurt-based sauce and Kashmiri Murgh Gustaba, chicken meatballs in a yogurt gravy. All entrées are served with Dal Amber, a bread basket and Zaffrani Pulao.
Dessert options are Elaneer Pudding and Mango Kulfi Tiramisu.
“Holi is a celebration of colors, togetherness, and joy,” Kushwah said. “With this menu, we wanted every dish to reflect those emotions — vibrant ingredients, bold flavors, and a balance of tradition with creativity. Our aim is to give guests an experience that feels festive, nostalgic, and exciting all at once.”
