“We are honored to welcome Karthik Ganesh as our Commencement Speaker,” said Jon Jay DeTemple, president of Harcum College. “His work exemplifies innovation, leadership, and a dedication to improving lives—values that resonate deeply with our graduates as they prepare to enter their professions.”

Ganesh has held leadership roles across the healthcare ecosystem, including at Aetna, Cigna, Express Scripts, EmpiRx Health, QualCare, CareAllies, EY, and Deloitte, spanning payer, pharmacy benefits, provider-sponsored plans, and consulting.

Before joining OnMed in 2024, he served as CEO of EmpiRx Health from 2018 to 2023, where he led the company’s expansion into a large, tech-enabled pharmacy services provider with significant revenue and earnings growth.

Ganesh holds a master’s degree in engineering from Kansas State University and completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management. He earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

The commencement ceremony is scheduled for May 9, at 11 a.m. on the Great Lawn of the Academic Center at Harcum’s Bryn Mawr campus.
