Brown Uni Engineering dean elected AAAS fellow

The American Association for the Advancement of Science recently elected Tejal Desai, the dean of the Brown University School of Engineering, as a fellow.
First started in 1874, election to the AAAS, one of the world’s largest general scientific societies,as a fellow is a lifetime honor. Desai will be the latest addition to the AAAS fellows list from Brown faculty members, making her the 29th name on the illustrious list.
