Indian American youth who called out persistent hateful rhetoric and misinformation about the community at Frisco city council meetings have drawn widespread praise across the community, with many calling it a shift in how younger Indian Americans are responding to bias.

The reactions come in response to viral videos of council remarks made by Frisco residents Neha Sutran and Sahas Kaul, who use facts to refute allegations made by multiple speakers in recent months.
