Devotees thronged the Swaminarayan Mandir Loyadham in Florida as it hosted the five-day Vhala Na Vadhamna Utsav.
Led by Guruji, the revered spiritual head of Loyadham, the festival commenced on April 29 with a Vedic Panch-kundi Mahayagna, drawing saints and devotees from across the United States and the UK. The spiritual leader was welcomed in a grand divine procession amid sacred chants.
On Akshaya Tritiya, a sacred day in the Hindu calendar, Guruji installed beautifully crafted idols of Lord Krishna, Lord Hanuman and Lord Ganesh. The highlight of the day was a special Abhishek performed with water from 108 pilgrimage sites, followed by an elaborate Annakut offering of over 365 food items.
The celebration featured inspiring spiritual discourses by Guruji and other saints, cultural programs by children, and a patriotic dance. In his message, Guruji encouraged the youth to deepen their engagement in satsang and dharmic living.
A heartfelt tribute was also paid to the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir.
