TiffinStash, Toronto’s first curated marketplace for homestyle Indian tiffins, has broadened its offerings with the launch of its new Healthy Meals collection.
The new offering is a blend of high-protein, low-carb dishes that has been designed for health-conscious consumers in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Each meal is portion-controlled, protein-rich, lighter on refined carbohydrates, and prepared with homestyle cooking methods that emphasize minimal oil and balanced nutrition.

The menu blends traditional Indian staples with globally inspired bowls, offering customers options such as grilled paneer with quinoa salad, protein-packed dal with sautéed greens, Tex-Mex burrito bowls, shawarma bowls, and Mediterranean chickpea salads. This mix is designed to appeal both to those seeking authentic Indian comfort foods and those interested in global clean-eating choices.
TiffinStash provides flexible subscription plans, from trial to weekly and monthly packages, with meals delivered early mornings, Monday through Friday. Customers also have the option to pause or adjust their plans, ensuring convenience alongside healthy eating.
“Our mission has always been to make homestyle, high-quality meals more accessible. With Healthy Meals, we’re going beyond traditional tiffins by offering a balance of Indian comfort foods and globally inspired healthy dishes. It’s a step towards making everyday eating both nutritious and exciting,” said Krish Shah, CEO of TiffinStash.
TiffinStash has been serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2021, providing flexible, daily meal deliveries and catering services for events and large gatherings. It most recently expanded its services to San Jose.
