Sant Nirankari Mission to host annual New York blood drive
The Mission, which emphasizes spiritual awakening through the guidance of a 'Living True Master,' continues to expand its humanitarian and social outreach efforts worldwide.

The Sant Nirankari Mission (SNM) New York chapter has announced its annual blood drive, inviting media and community representatives to cover the event on Nov. 16 at the Sant Nirankari Oneness Centre in Westbury, New York.
The initiative is part of the Mission’s long-standing commitment to humanitarian service and its global effort to promote peace, unity, and spiritual awareness.
The blood drive will begin at 11:30 a.m. and will feature Senator Steve Rhoads as the guest of honor and keynote speaker. His address will focus on harmony, community service, and shared responsibility—values the Mission says align closely with its work and partnerships.

SNM, a socio-spiritual organization with millions of followers worldwide, focuses on fostering universal brotherhood beyond caste, color, race, and religion. Its philosophy centers on spiritual awakening through the Living True Master, encouraging service rooted in humility and compassion.
The Mission holds General Consultative Status with the United Nations and has earned recognition from institutions such as the European Parliament and the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Volunteer Service.
Internationally, SNM volunteers have donated more than 1.5 million units of blood and regularly participate in social welfare projects across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

SNM noted that the event aims to strengthen ties between civic leaders and faith-based community service groups. The organization expressed appreciation for media interest and said coverage of the blood drive will help amplify the message of service for the greater good.
