A major international integrative health conference will be held in Memphis from May 8–10, 2026, bringing together researchers, clinicians, wellness experts and public attendees. The Global Integrative Medicine Congress (GIMC) 2026 is planned as a three-day program focused on evidence-based approaches to whole-person health.
The organizers said the event comes at a time when chronic diseases and lifestyle-driven disorders are increasing. The conference will include discussions on mental health, cardiovascular care, women’s health, pain management, neurophysiology and digital health tools. Sessions will address how lifestyle and integrative approaches can work alongside mainstream medical care.
On May 8, attendees may participate in six advanced masterclasses led by international faculty. The subjects include detoxification physiology, autonomic neuroscience, research methodology, regulatory standards, mindfulness and meditation science, HRV analysis, scientific writing and clinical safety protocols.
The event will also feature a Health Exhibition Pavilion with wellness technologies, research tools, nutrition products and demonstrations of meditation and movement practices.
Poster and abstract presentations will highlight new research in rehabilitation, integrative medicine, lifestyle science, public health and neuroscience. Book launches from medical and scientific authors are also scheduled.
“It’s an opportunity to learn what’s new, what’s working, and what’s being discovered in the field of whole-person health,” organizers said. The event is open to the public, including students, health professionals and community members.
