J Karthikeyan named CTO of Texas real estate firm

Karthikeyan holds a master's degree in computer application from SSN School of Management and bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras.

Realtor.com®, a Texas based real estate listing company, has appointed Janakiraman Karthikeyan as its new Chief Technology Officer on Aug. 25, 2025.

Bringing with him more than two decades of industry experience, Karthikeyan will lead the brand's technology vision and strategy.

He has previously led digital transformations in a variety of sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, and finance. Before joining Realtor.com®, he served as VP of Technology at Chewy.

He holds a master's degree in computer application from SSN School of Management and bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras.
