Malik said the initiative seeks to harness the potential of India’s large youth population and create opportunities for young people to engage with global experts. Organizers believe such interactions can encourage innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership while strengthening India’s position in the global knowledge and innovation economy.
According to organizers, the event is expected to attract between 3,000 and 5,000 delegates and will serve as a platform for collaboration, dialogue and innovation across multiple sectors. The festival will focus on fostering partnerships among students, startups, educators, industry leaders and government representatives.
The festival will feature discussions on emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, education, public policy, sustainability, investment and social impact. An advisory board comprising experts from diverse fields has also been formed to guide the event’s development and programming.
Born and raised in Pune, Malik is an entrepreneur, and media professional based in the Greater Chicago Area. He is associated with The MAD Buzz and is known for promoting startups, ethical finance, entrepreneurship, and global business initiatives. Through his work, he has contributed to fostering innovation, investment networks, and cross-border business collaborations while actively engaging with developments in technology, sustainability, tourism, and multicultural affairs.
Pune, often recognized as an educational and technology hub, was selected as the host city due to its strong ecosystem of universities, research institutions, startups and industries.
