For Indian-origin entrepreneur and AI educator Aishwarya Srinivasan, moving to the United States was not just a career decision. It was the beginning of a journey that required rebuilding an entire life from scratch.

“Immigration also comes with a very specific kind of loneliness,” Srinivasan wrote in a recent Instagram post. “You don’t just move countries. You rebuild your entire life from scratch. You figure out apartments, jobs, visas, friendships, healthcare, taxes, identity, belonging, and a hundred tiny things nobody prepares you for.”
