Gymkhana, a London-based two Michelin-starred restaurant, is expanding its footprints to the Las Vegas Strip this fall, marking the brand’s first U.S. location.

Inspired by India’s traditional private clubs, where high society gathered to dine, drink, socialize and play sport, Gymkhana will bring its renowned fine Indian cuisine and sophisticated atmosphere to ARIA Resort & Casino.

The London flagship, founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, is celebrated for its bold flavors and authentic preparation. The Las Vegas menu will feature Gymkhana’s signature tandoor-grilled specialties, regional curries, fragrant biryanis, and chaat-style sharing plates, alongside exclusive new dishes created for the location.

The bar program will showcase Indian-inspired cocktails, reimagining classic drinks with premium spirits and ingredients.

"Gymkhana in London has firmly established itself as a global destination, drawing guests from around the world for its remarkable, curated experience. We're honored to partner with the JKS family to bring this iconic brand to Las Vegas, delivering something truly unforgettable, in a way only ARIA can,” said Ayesha Molino, president and chief operating officer of ARIA.

JKS Restaurants operates 35 venues with six Michelin stars across its portfolio. Co-founder Jyotin Sethi said Las Vegas was the ideal stage for elevating Indian cuisine to the forefront. “Las Vegas is home to many world-class restaurants and showcases many cuisines, but the ARIA team was the first to recognize that the time is ripe for Indian food to be at the forefront. We are thrilled to be bringing our Indian hospitality and food to such a vibrant scene.”

The opening comes as JKS expands its U.S. footprint, with its Ambassadors Clubhouse set to debut in New York City later this year. Additional details, including opening dates and reservations, will be announced in the coming months.
