The festival also included special Kids’ Garba sessions designed to engage younger participants in Indian traditions in an interactive and enjoyable way.

“These events help children connect with their heritage while making the experience fun and memorable,” said temple coordinator Priya Sharma.

The festival concluded on Oct. 1 with a grand Dussehra celebration in the temple courtyard. Highlights included a Ramleela performance and the Ravan Dahan ceremony, featuring a 27-foot effigy of Ravan set ablaze amid fireworks.

Organizers noted that large-scale celebrations like this foster community connections while keeping traditions alive. “Our goal is to bring people together, celebrate our culture, and pass these values to future generations,” said temple president Ramesh Patel.
