Over the years, the event has expanded in scale and participation, drawing artists, community groups, and audiences from across the region.

The festival features performances across multiple disciplines, including dance, music, poetry, visual arts, and other performing arts, and functions as a platform for cultural exchange between Indian and Canadian communities.

Recent editions have recorded large participation. In 2024, the event brought together hundreds of artists and dozens of cultural groups presenting classical, folk, and contemporary Indian art forms, reflecting its growing reach and audience engagement.

Organizers have described the 2026 edition as “the biggest celebration of India in the heart of Vancouver,” with a focus on themes of diversity, unity, and cultural connection.

Registration for the event is currently open. Organizers said attendees are required to register in advance and that registered participants will be eligible for a raffle draw featuring prizes.
