Indian-origin British young Formula 1 star Arvid Anand Olof Lindblad is set to visit India in the second edition of Red Bull Moto Jam, on Mar. 1, in Delhi-NCR.
A key highlight of the Red Bull Moto Jam, one of India’s biggest motorsports festivals, is that Lindblad will be driving in the nation’s capital just days ahead of his F1 debut. He will be piloting a Racing Bulls car at the Australian Grand Prix on March 8.

He will be driving Sebastian Vettel’s 2012 F1 World Championship-winning RB8, with which the veteran had secured a massive victory at the Indian Grand Prix in 2012.
Lindblad, who hails from Virginia Water in Surrey, England, started in single-seater racing in 2022 and quickly made his way up the ranks. He became the youngest driver to win a race in Formula 3 in 2024 and then followed it up as the youngest race winner in Formula 2 in 2025.
Lindblad is a Britisher, who has Swedish and Indian heritage. His full name depicts his multicultural identity, with ‘Anand’ coming from his maternal grandfather’s name, who was from Bihar.
Having been born and raised in England, Lindblad speaks only a little Hindi, but expressed his hopes to spend more time in India so he can learn to speak Hindi and Punjabi fluently, while also sharing his excitement about the upcoming visit to the nation, and told Red Bull,
“I’m really excited about coming back to India for Red Bull Moto Jam. I think it’s going to be a very cool event. It’s going to be amazing driving an F1 car on the streets of Delhi.”
“It will be even more special for me because it’s going to be my first showrun as a Formula 1 driver, and doing that here in India with my heritage and background is obviously something that I’m very excited about,” he added.
The Red Bull Moto Jam, set to take place at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, will also feature drifting, stunt biking, freestyle motocross (FMX), and stunt cars. Drifting star Abdo Feghali will also be coming to the event.
