The Atlanta Indian Film Festival (AIFF) is being organized from Sept. 26 to 28 at the Tara Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia.
AIFF has been presenting Indian films to audiences in Atlanta, Georgia, since 2018. While bringing Indian cinema to the city, the festival also seeks to bring the city, its film producing resources and the incentives it offers to the visiting Indian directors, actors, and producers.
Indian film and television actor, Shishir Sharma and Atlanta based stand-up comedian Zain Sharif will feature as special guests at the festival.
Sharma starrer, Rasa, will also feature on the last day of the festival. Sharma is a versatile actor known for his compelling performances in over 40 films and numerous television serials, including notable roles in serials, 'Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann' and 'Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli', along with hit films such as 'Raazi' and 'Chhichhore'.
Other notable films featuring at AIFF include Mohammed Ali Rukadikar's 'The Great Giant Wheel of Life', Mukti Krishnan's 'The Leopard' and Sonu Chowdhary's 'Omlo', with close to 20 Indian films being showcased.
AIFF 2025 will have 3 premier events including the reception, workshops, and showcasing of Indian movies.
