TIME Magazine has listed three Indian accommodations in its World's Greatest Places 2026-Asia list, each location offering a distinct experience rooted in setting and concept.
The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace Resort in Rajgarh stands out for its restoration of a 350-year-old Bundela dynasty residence set above a rain-fed lake in the Maniyagarh Hills of central India.
Opened in Nov. 2025, the 65-room property combines frescoed interiors with modern luxuries, including private pools, gardens, and terraces.
