For India’s first-ever pan-disability cricket team, the next few weeks aren't just about bat and ball; they're about rewriting the rules of what's possible. As they prepare to depart for a historic tour of England, backed by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), this isn't just a cricket team; it’s a movement.
This isn't a story about disabilities. It's a testament to incredible abilities. The squad is a diverse tapestry of talent, comprising players with physical, hearing, and intellectual disabilities, all united by an unwavering passion for the game. Their mission: to make their international debut in the Vitality IT20 Mixed Disability Series against England. Across seven T20 International matches throughout June and July, these athletes will showcase skill, grit, and an inspiring spirit that transcends conventional sporting boundaries.
