A new talk show called Two Much, hosted by Bollywood actresses Kajol and Twinkle, will launch on Prime Video on Sept 25. New episodes will stream every Thursday across more than 240 countries and territories.
The platform released its trailer this week, offering audiences a glimpse of candid conversations, personal anecdotes, and unscripted exchanges with some of Hindi cinema’s leading names.

The guest lineup includes Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar, Kriti Sanon, Vicky Kaushal, Govinda, Janhvi Kapoor, and Chunky Panday.
The trailer showcases humor, behind-the-scenes stories, and career milestones, setting the stage for informal and unscripted interactions between the co-hosts and their guests.
Commenting on the show, Kajol said, “Twinkle and I go way back, and whenever we get talking, it’s delightful chaos—the most fun kind you can imagine! That’s really where the idea of this talk show came from.”
“It’s us doing what we love most while catching up with friends from the industry the audience is always curious about. We’ve turned the traditional talk-show format on its head—no single host, no formulaic questions, and definitely no safe, rehearsed answers.”
Twinkle added, “I’ve always believed the best conversations are honest and laced with humor—and that’s exactly the heart of Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle. This isn’t about rehearsed answers or picture-perfect moments, but about spontaneity, authenticity, and a healthy dose of mischief.”
The co-hosts revealed that securing high-profile guests required effort. Twinkle said they temporarily “became insurance agents and telemarketers,” making cold calls to book appearances from some of Bollywood’s top stars. While most guests agreed to participate, Shah Rukh Khan, a close friend of Kajol, did not respond, leaving his appearance uncertain.
With its emphasis on candid storytelling, off-script exchanges, and light-hearted anecdotes, Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle aims to offer audiences an informal and authentic glimpse into the lives of some of Bollywood’s biggest names.
