Valthoryn is seeking three Sales Relationship Manager for a full-time, remote position based in the United States, operating within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. This role demands seasoned sales professionals with 5–10 years of experience to drive the immediate adoption of our FitMirror Base and Pro models. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, shaping sales strategies, and establishing Valthoryn as a market leader in the competitive fitness-tech sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Leadership & Revenue Acceleration
- Lead fast-paced sales cycles, managing inbound leads from digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, crowdfunding platforms, and direct B2C channels.
- Conduct 2–3 virtual product demonstrations daily (~40–60/month) via Zoom, highlighting FitMirror’s AI-driven features to convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and enhance sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Execute rapid follow-up protocols, contacting leads within 24 hours to seize every sales opportunity.
Pipeline Management & CRM Optimization
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to monitor lead progression, analyze performance metrics, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with data-driven nurturing strategies to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Guide junior sales team members in CRM usage, promoting data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Analyze fitness-tech market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
- Partner with marketing to enhance lead-generation efforts, aiming to boost qualified lead volume by 20% each quarter.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., bundled packages) to increase average deal size by 15%.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate weekly sales strategy meetings, sharing insights and fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Provide concise, data-backed reports to senior leadership on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Design scalable sales processes to streamline operations and accelerate deal closures.
- Stay informed on industry advancements and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in sales execution.
