OCIW warmly invites you to celebrate International Yoga Day with a beautiful morning of movement, play, food, and community.
The morning will begin with an all-level community yoga session led by yoga teacher Tejal Modi, followed by a fun playdate and potluck.
For the playdate, bring a favorite game from your childhood, your region, or your family tradition. We will be playing Kho Kho and other simple community games that remind us how good it feels to laugh, move, and connect together.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• A dish to share
• A game to share if you’d like
Because wellness is not only about exercise. Sometimes it is fresh air, shared food, movement, laughter, and feeling part of a community.
