Growing up in Gujarat, food has always been my way of sharing love and joy. After moving to Massachusetts, I often missed the vibrant, soulful Indian food that felt festive yet comforting. So, I started experimenting — combining traditional Indian flavors with fresh, modern twists to create something exciting, nostalgic, and full of heart.
This Diwali Lunch is my way of bringing that to life — a homemade, multi-course vegetarian meal that blends Indian tradition with a playful fusion flair. Each dish is inspired by the festive season, filled with warmth, color, and love.
