The company said the transition marks an inflection point as it positions itself as an AI-native marketing services partner focused on helping B2B enterprises drive measurable growth and return on investment through an integrated approach spanning strategy, data, AI, and execution.
Karumuru, who joined OneMagnify as president in November 2025, has been working with the leadership team to align the company around a more integrated, platform-led operating model and sharpen its strategic direction.
“OneMagnify has built a strong and differentiated foundation – integrating strategy, data, AI, and execution in a way that delivers real outcomes for clients. The opportunity now is to take that further – sharpen our focus, scale our platform, and lead with greater clarity in how we help clients grow. I'm excited to step into this role and work alongside our teams to shape what comes next,” Karumuru said.
In a LinkedIn post, he said the company has been “aligning around a clear North Star” and evolving its operating model to deliver more integrated, AI-driven solutions, adding that the shift is beginning to translate into measurable outcomes.
Mark Petroff, who led the company for more than two decades, will transition to chairman of the board and continue to support long-term strategy and leadership continuity.
“Building OneMagnify alongside this team has been the privilege of my career. What we've created together – the capabilities, the culture, and the client relationships – is something I'm deeply proud of. Ravi brings the clarity and leadership needed for what comes next, and I look forward to supporting him and the team in this new chapter,” Petroff said.
Bradford Williams, partner and co-head of Industrials at Crestview Partners, said, “Ravi's appointment reflects our confidence in both his leadership and the momentum underway at OneMagnify. The company is well-positioned at the intersection of data, AI, and marketing, and we believe Ravi brings the focus and execution needed to build on that foundation and accelerate growth.”
Before joining OneMagnify, Karumuru served as general manager and head of digital transformation for the Americas at Wipro Limited. He also held senior leadership roles at Epsilon, Ansira, and Omnicom, and was co-founder and partner at KK & Associates Inc., a digital transformation consulting firm focused on Fortune 1000 clients.
Karumuru holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Nagpur University and completed the Global Business Leaders Program at the Wipro Leadership Institute.
