Henna Karna joins Harvard’s 2026 Advanced Leadership Initiative cohort

Founded in 2009, the Advanced Leadership Initiative was created to prepare senior leaders for what Harvard describes as “next chapters of service and purpose".

Henna Karna, an India-born technology executive, has been selected as a senior fellow in Harvard University’s 2026 Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI) cohort, the university announced.

According to the Harvard Gazette, the program welcomed its 18th fellowship class to Cambridge this month. The initiative brings accomplished leaders to campus for a year of study and collaboration aimed at addressing complex social and environmental challenges.
