Long before she became the first Indian American to win Miss Arkansas Teen USA, Siyona Karkera, was already using her voice to create change.

Growing up in Arkansas as the daughter of Indian immigrants, Siyona says she’s always had a different perspective on the world. Her experiences shaped the way she viewed belonging and identity, often feeling like the odd one out because of her culture.
