An Indian-origin man, Sumit Rajwar working in London has shared his realization of how stark the difference in work culture is between the two countries.
He recently shared a video on Instagram captioning the things that make working in the U.K. less stressful and more pleasant. In the video, he listed five habits that employees and employers in his office have that are miles apart from what he has experienced in India.
