Integreon appoints Krishna Nacha as CEO

His appointment is effective immediately.

Integreon, a North Dakota-based global provider of technology-enabled legal and business solutions, has appointed Indian-American business executive Krishna Nacha as its chief executive officer and a member of the company's board of directors. 

Nacha brings more than 30 years of experience in business process services, technology and information management. The company said he will lead Integreon's domain-focused, artificial intelligence-driven growth strategy while helping clients modernize and optimize critical business operations.

Announcing the appointment, Anup Bagaria, co-managing partner of EagleTree Capital, Integreon's primary investor, described Nacha as the right leader to guide the company's next phase of growth.

“Throughout his career, he has built a remarkable track record of leading complex transformations across global P&Ls and building high-performing teams to deliver exceptional, cutting-edge outcomes for clients. His strategic vision, operational expertise, and people-first leadership make him very well-positioned to lead Integreon through its next chapter of growth,” Bagaria said.

Before joining Integreon, Nacha served as head of the Americas at Iron Mountain, where he oversaw business operations across the region. He previously held senior executive positions at Wipro and EXL Service and also served in commercial and operational leadership roles at Capgemini, Infosys and Unilever.

Rohan Rai, partner at EagleTree Capital, said organizations worldwide are increasingly adopting AI-led operations, creating significant opportunities for Integreon to expand its capabilities and deliver greater value to clients.

Nacha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
