Hailing proudly from humble beginnings in India, Durga Prasad Gadde came to the USA to make his dreams a reality. While working in the software consulting industry, he identified a significant need for technical support staff in U.S. companies. He later expanded his ventures into the hospitality and Real Estate Industry in USA.
In 2005, HCL Global was founded and immediately became a leader in the IT staffing space. Shortly thereafter, Durga Prasad Gadde being the serial entrepreneur, founded Lotus Hospitality Management, a hotel acquisition and development company. 
Today, the company, renamed to Gadde Capital is based in Atlanta, Georgia, owns and operates over $500 million of assets and, at full buildout, will have $1 billion under management/ownership. 
Through his experience and focus on enhancing the lives of those he partners with, Mr. Gadde has made the foray into providing an opportunity for international residents go down a path to attaining a coveted Green Card through Investment through the EB-5 program. 
Mr. Gadde has successfully developed over $400 million of qualified EB-5 projects and helped hundreds of investors and their families realize their dream of being part of the greatest nation in the world!
