एक अमेरिकी व्यक्ति ने H-1B वीजा पॉलिसी की कड़ी आलोचना की, क्योंकि इस कारण उसके भारतीय दोस्त को अमेरिका छोड़ना पड़ा। नाथन प्लैटर के नाम के इस शख्स ने लिंक्डइन पर अपना गुस्सा जाहिर करते हुए बताया कि उसके दोस्त ने आठ साल अमेरिका में बिताए, लेकिन नौकरी छूटने के बाद, उसे 60 दिनों के भीतर नई नौकरी ढूंढने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा, अब उसे देश से निकाला जा रहा है।
