મુસીબતમાં ફસાયેલા નાગરિકો માટે ગુજરાત પોલીસનું 'GP-SMASH' પોર્ટલ આજે આશીર્વાદરૂપ સાબિત થઈ રહ્યું છે. નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવીની આ પહેલે પોલીસને નાગરિકોથી માત્ર એક ક્લિકના અંતરે લાવી દીધી છે. સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર મળતી સામાન્ય ફરિયાદ પર પણ પોલીસ ગણતરીની મિનિટોમાં એક્શન લે છે, જેના પરિણામે અત્યાર સુધી 1,150થી વધુ પરિવારોની સમસ્યાઓનો સુખદ ઉકેલ આવ્યો છે. સુરક્ષાના આ આધુનિક કવચે જનતામાં 'ખાખી' પ્રત્યેનો ભરોસો વધુ દ્રઢ બનાવ્યો છે.
