“Vinod brings a rare combination of visionary leadership, deep industry expertise, and operational excellence,” Morgan Franc, chief executive officer of Tinubu, said in a statement. “As we continue to invest in the U.S. market and expand our surety capabilities, his experience building and scaling high-performance technology platforms will be instrumental.”

Kachroo previously led Innoveo as chief executive officer before its merger with Tinubu. Following the integration, he served as general manager of Skye, where he guided product strategy, expanded global delivery capabilities, and strengthened strategic partnerships.

The company said he played a central role in integrating Innoveo’s no-code platform into Tinubu’s specialty insurance core systems.

He has more than 30 years of experience across insurance, financial services, and healthcare technology. Prior to joining Tinubu, Kachroo served as president and chief operating officer at SE2, where he led global technology and operations and oversaw digital transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, MetLife, Prudential, and AIG, focusing on enterprise technology modernization and platform consolidation.

“I’m honored to take on this expanded responsibility and lead Tinubu’s Americas business and surety strategy,” Kachroo said. “The surety market is at an inflection point. Carriers and brokers are seeking scalable, configurable platforms that enable agility without sacrificing control.”

He earned a master of business administration in management information systems from Saint Peter’s University and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India.
