Dhar, a global executive known for his strategic foresight and transformative digital leadership, currently leads product engineering and user experience at HealthBridge. His career spans leadership roles at TransUnion, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and multiple startups.

Notably, he has guided global technology operations with billion-dollar budgets and has developed award-winning digital products recognized by The Webby Awards. His board-level experience with CIBIL and Hawaiian Airlines reflects his deep expertise in corporate governance, strategy, and technology.

With over 20 years of experience, Shah has cultivated a culture of continuous improvement, notably through the introduction of AI tools during “Tech Tuesday” sessions. These initiatives have empowered over 500 employees to drive process automation independently, resulting in more than $1 million in savings and marked productivity gains.

“Great CIOs understand how connections drive transformation. The ORBIE Awards recognize CIOs who leverage relationships to drive innovation, solve complex challenges, and shape the future of Chicago,” ” said Kevin Boyd, ChicagoCIO chair.

The 2025 Chicago ORBIE Awards was hosted at the Marriott Marquis Chicago. Established in 1998, the award honors CIOs and CISOs who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, shaping the future of technology in Chicago and beyond.
