Six Indian Americans to speak at TEDxAndover 2025

The event themed 'Invisible Threats' will spotlight diverse voices on June 30.

Six Indian Americans will be speaking at this year's TEDxAndover which returns on June 30 with nine featured speakers who will share personal and professional insights tied to this year’s theme, “Invisible Threats”.

TEDxAndover shared on LinkedIn: “From silent struggles to hidden dangers in our systems, our fantastic speakers will shine a light on the invisible threats shaping our world—and what we can do about them.”

The event will take place at 5 PM at the Andover Country Club and is sponsored by Boston Innovation Labs LLC, Encourage Coaching, Fuelled.in, and Women Who Win.

Among the highlighted Indian-American speakers is Dr. Manju Sheth, a physician, media entrepreneur, and women’s rights advocate. She is the president of India New England Multimedia and co-founder of the global media platform ‘Women Who Win’.

Known for her talk show ‘Chai with Manju’ and organizing the Woman of the Year Gala, she has received numerous honors including the Leadership in Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity award from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and recognition among the 150 most influential women in Massachusetts.

Another speaker is Nishtha Jain, a digital technology strategist, currently heading innovation at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. With over 15 years of global experience in healthcare and biotech, she leads the development and execution of AI-driven initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Her prior roles include leadership positions at Biogen, GSK, and Accenture.

Sneha Narahalli, a technology executive at Sephora, drives the company’s vision for intelligent, scalable consumer experiences. An alum of Carnegie Mellon, she previously held leadership roles at Walmart and Sears. Narahalli, an introvert and immigrant, integrates storytelling and innovation to challenge bias and enhance customer engagement.

Sonia Keshwani, a singer and emcee, has millions of online views and has performed with Pritam, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, and Sonu Nigam. She has also hosted major shows for A.R. Rahman and Kapil Sharma. Her single Meethi Barsatein with Shaan was recently released. Her awards include American Indian Icon 2019 and WATA Shero 2025.

Taruna Ramani, a public speaking coach, redefined her life after a personal setback in 2016. She now coaches TEDx speakers and leaders in public communication, emphasizing clarity and resilience. Her work includes a podcast on mindset and public speaking programs tailored to real-life experiences.

Charisma Glassman, a global transformation leader and advisor to top corporations such as PepsiCo, LVMH, and Ferrari, will also take the stage. With more than two decades of experience across luxury, finance, and consumer goods, Glassman is known for leading strategic, tech-driven transformations.

Menka Hariani is the event’s organiser. The event aims to facilitate meaningful conversations on unseen challenges through live talks and community dialogue.

In addition to the talks, TEDxAndover will feature a networking hour with food and drinks. “We’re thrilled to welcome nine inspiring speakers to the stage, sharing bold ideas and powerful stories that matter to our community,” organizers said.

The remaining speakers include executive coach Katie O’Malley, technologist Miriam Haart, and business strategist Pete Cafarchio.
