Trump’s H-1B, visa reforms to aid students, says top immigration attorney

Prominent Indian American immigration attorney Aparna Dave said on Nov. 2 that recent executive orders from the Trump administration on H-1B and immigration reforms would ultimately benefit international students studying in the United States.

Speaking at the "Diaspora at the Crossroads: Law, Policy and Opportunities" conference in Bethesda, Maryland, Dave described the changing visa regulations as "light over darkness" for those pursuing the American dream through education and skilled employment pathways.
